Perhaps I could get used to 500 (rather than 1000-plus) pieces. Particularly as I fear my brain is becoming rather addled by the heat.
In fact, a Japanese umbrella would be quite handy right about now: the perfect sun shade for walking to and from the allotments...
Beautiful puzzle! We're currently on 100 piece puzzles for our 6 year old, but the 500 looks like it could be family friendly as well.
ReplyDeleteLove the idea of using a parasol to ward off the sun and heat! Very pretty puzzle. D x
ReplyDeleteI saw a lovely old lady all dressed in white walking down the street holding a white parasol...
ReplyDeletewhere is my camera when I need it?
Ooh, pretty! I was just outside trying to eradicate out-of-control honeysuckle and autumn clematis (they've taken over my intentional ground cover), and as I realized how satisfying (if hard!) that kind of methodical problem-solving work was for me, I thought, "Kind of like puzzles! Must put together another one soon." So this is reinforcement!
ReplyDeleteI LOVE your puzzle photos!
ReplyDeleteVery pretty puzzle. I like 500 piece jigsaws best. What lovely designs - we always seem to have boring snowy scenes or puppies!
ReplyDeleteWhat a pretty puzzle.
ReplyDeleteI've learned to limit myself to 500 piece puzzles unless there are plenty of sharp-eyed people around. Any puzzle is great for slowing down teenagers- they can't resist them.
