fruit and flowers

While the fruit and flowers at Petersham are looking lovely as always...

I must admit I'm more excited about the blossoms in our orchard:

Fingers crossed for a fine crop of cooking apples this autumn.

    I've missed a few of your posts by being away. I am so jealous of your allotment cafe - what a fab idea. We have a kitchen shed as well as a separate tool shed at ours but only for our plot. Your blossom looks like you should have a good crop of apples this year. My asparagus isn't quite ready yet - just another week or 2 to go. Happy digging!
