It's hard to know where to start after such a very long time away...


But maybe it's best to return to an old favorite--Petersham Nurseries,


currently awash with roses:


Because you can never have too many roses...


or too much cake, particularly Petersham's cake:


Some things never change!

    Lovely to see you back - I have missed the bulletins about Petersham cake! Reminds that I haven't been there in too long! Are you still minding the cows ... I always look out for you when I walk along by the meadow!

      It had been quite a while since we'd been too. And sadly Anne and I bowed out of cow-minding after all the kerfuffle with the dogs and electric fences. But it was lovely to see them this weekend when we were at the Nurseries. x
