snow queen

The snow may have melted, and the snowdrops may have faded, but I've finally finished my Snow Queen Scarf from The Most Sublime Accessories Book.

Knit with eight balls of Sublime Baby Cashmere Merino Silk DK, this scarf can be wound round and round:

I adore the stony color and soft, drapey cables, but it's most definitely a scarf for a very cold day.

So it'll be tucked away til next winter, when hopefully we'll have some more snow!

  5. Beautifully worked, Kristina! I love the way the cables softly meander instead of the crisp twist you usually see. Love the shade as well!

  10. It's always lovely though come the cold weather to unpack your winter stuff and actually like what you've got.
