They're perfect for this time of year: the golden caster and demerara sugars combine with the pecans to produce a wonderfully deep flavor that's altogether autumnal. Just the thing with hot coffee on a chilly morning.

They look incrediably good.
ReplyDeleteThey look wonderful. I haven't come across Linda Collister. Is she to be recommended?
ReplyDeleteYummy! I'll have mine with a cup of tea please. D x
ReplyDeleteMmmmm. A friend made some peanut cookies yesterday and they were good, but I do prefer pecans. Ooh, hoe about your coookies as a pudding alongside a bowl of stewed plums and maybe a bit of vanilla ice cream. Yum!
ReplyDeleteOkay, you've got the fab blankets, the mouth-watering cookies...put the kettle on, please, and I'll be right over for a nice long snuggly chat.
ReplyDeleteI am actually afraid to make those, because I don't think I'd be able to resist them and I'd eat the whole batch myself!
