While there were numerous stands selling meat, fish, and bread, the produce stalls presented the best photo opportunities:

And such amazing mushrooms:
I came away with sausages from the German Deli and a bag of granola from Mini Magoo's. We'll be buying Puffin Poo on our next visit!
I used to be a regular at Borough, back in my London days, and long before it got trendy.... Crack of dawn every saturday. Those were the days!! D xx

ReplyDeleteIt looks like the sort of place you could spend a whole day (and a wodge of money!). There's something about veggies in a basket - so much nicer than in plastic bags.

I love Borough Market. It's years since we've been; we used to go on a Saturday and graze our lunch from all the stalls giving away free tastes!
