Thinking of roses, there's the temptation to pull out a flowery puzzle:
But it seems a shame to stay inside when we could be out in the sun eating ice pops!
I used our strawberries from the plot and the recipe that came with the tray: 125 g strawberries, 40 g caster sugar, and 300 ml whole-milk yogurt whizzed in the blender and poured into the molds. Definitely the best pops so far! A second batch is already in the freezer.
And when they're ready, I've spotted the perfect chair for both rose-viewing and ice pop-eating:
Now just have to convince G. Do you think a few more ice pops would do the trick?

Those ice pops are amazing, we've been going a little crazy with strawberry yogurt pops here too, it's been so warm in the afternoons. Would you be able to share where you get the trays? My girls would love them.
Wow - I think a few more of those scrummy looking pops ought to earn you the chair for sure!
Don't forget Regent's Park. I haven't been this year but last year's roses were lovely.
Mmmm! Roses and ice lollies! Perfect!
might be best not to spill ice pop on the chair!
That chair would go perfectly with the scruffy green-painted vintage wicker settee on my porch. Could you buy two and send me one, please?
Stawberry ice pops work for me!
Delightful! And that strawberry ice pop made my eyes pop!
Chair for some of those fabulous looking ice pops sounds like the perfect exchange
Yay for the roses! Yay for the ice pops! That's the sort of chair you might sink into and never reappear from
they should! they look delish!
That's it! I've got to get those strawberry molds. I just froze a batch of cut-up strawberries, but they are going to be made into daquiris tomorrow.
Oh, yummy! Now I want strawberry molds, too.
